In the model, there are some parameters that are assumed
to be same as in the current year. These parameters have
a special feature that helps you estimating them:
The model fulfills the same figure to every following
year automatically starting with the latest past year.
This feature is in use for the last history year and
the first three estimate years. You can still have different
figures for different years because your change affects
only to the right.
