Compensation of Coaching analysts
Coaching analysts are entitled to 10 % of the overall
cash flow. This sum is divided equally among all graded
models. The number of gradings per each model doesn't
influence the payment.
Example
Total cash flow is 10 000€, coaching analysts' 10%
share is 1000€ and there are 250 graded analysis
models outstanding. 1000€ is divided among the 250
analysis, resulting a payment of 4€ per model / month.
If only one coaching analyst has graded the model, regardless
of how many times he/she has graded it, he/she is entitled
to the whole payment of 4€/month. If there are several
gradings done by more than one individual coaching analyst,
the payment is shared. Basis of the division is the number
of gradings i.e. how many gradings has each coaching analyst
done compared to total gradings of the model (e.g. 4 gradings,
2 by coaching analyst A one by B and one by C results
to payments A 2€, B 1€, C 1€).
In addition to this 10% coaching analysts giving grading
and feedback are also rewarded with fixed compensation.
